To track any package you have shipped within the last six months, simply enter the reference number (your purchase order number) you assigned, check that the ship date range is correct and select the Track button.
What is a Reference Number?
The ability to track any UPS package by reference number (rather than tracking number) gives you added flexibility and convenience. This reference number can be your P.O. number, your customer's job or account number, or even a name or phrase that you assign (such as "10 damaged widgets" or "gift for mom").
